For the purposes of this policy, unless otherwise noted, all references related to Congenial Nanny Services and all documents will be kept confidential. By using the Congenial Nanny Services website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Any dissemination or distribution of this communication is prohibited. Congenial Nanny Services collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested. We do not share any personal information pertaining to the families or employees who work with us to third parties. Submitting your credit card or other payment information when paying for services will never be shared. All information provided to us will be kept confidential according to state law.
Refund Policy
There will be a 100% refund guarantee to families for any and all services not rendered by the employees or employer.
Payment Information
We ask that payment be made at the time of booking in the form of Visa, Master Card, American Express, or a Debit card. If you choose to use a Credit Card, there will be a 2.5% charge depending on the type of card used. If you choose to pay in person we will only accept Cash and Money orders.

I really enjoyed the services I received by this company. I only needed temporary care for my 4 year old son. When I called for assistance the staff was very friendly and prompt when it came to finding me a caregiver. The caregiver that took care of my 4 year old son was very respectful, on time, she had lots of experience working with children and she was very professional and did a great job caring for my son. I will definitely use their services again in the near future.
